Supervision

LPC & LMFT

HGI provides supervision for new graduates who are working toward their license in Professional Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy (LPC & LMFT). As required by the licensing boards of Texas, supervision is provided weekly for one hour. Group supervision can be arranged for part of these requirements.

Our supervision and consultation use the same collaborative processes that are the hallmark of HGI’s practice, creating a partnership between the supervisor and the therapist with equal input as to learning goals and level of guidance.

Advanced

Supervision and consultation opportunities are open to licensed therapists who are seeking regular or occasional consultation and can be as limited as one meeting, depending on the therapist’s unique needs and interests.
